Wild Adriatic at Caffe Lena and William Hale at Gug's

January can sometimes be a slow month for live music depending on where you are in the country and so far it has been a lot of weekend music only for me. My friends Wild Adriatic, with help from an opening set by Matt Griffin, sold out the world famous Caffe Lena. The show was amazing and watching a group of people, from very young to quite old, enjoy the music my friends make in a stripped down setting is always great to witness. They debuted a new song, that sounds great, and are in a good spot at the moment. I'm really pulling for these guys to get a break and I think this is going to be the year it happens. After that show it was off to One Caroline for a drink and a quick listen to some local jazz and then straight up to Glens Falls to watch locals William Hale rock out in a cloud of smoke at Gug's. You honestly never know what you're going to get when you walk into Gug's, and that's not a bad thing. Enjoy some photos!
